Piscau-Nord Gold Project
Large, multi-commodity exploration property in the Gayot Greenstone Belt of Northern Quebec. AI modelling across 500 geoscience data layers generated 18 new targets beyond the known Piscau-Nord gold showing — with untested lithium pegmatites adding further upside.

Geology & setting
The Piscau-Nord Project covers over 17,000 hectares across 367 claims in the Sérigny River region of Northern Quebec, approximately 150 km northwest of Schefferville. The property is accessible via regional airports, seaplane bases, and seasonal road networks.
The claims encompass the prospective Piscau and Cania belts, remnants of the Gayot Greenstone Belt — an Archean volcanic-sedimentary sequence analogous to other productive greenstone belts across the Canadian Shield. The geological setting is consistent with large deposit potential similar to the nearby Lac Gayot project, which has yielded high-grade nickel and copper intercepts.
The multi-commodity potential of the property is exceptional — gold in structural traps along the Sable Fault, copper-sulphide mineralisation in mylonitic zones, large untested lithium pegmatites, and Ni-Cu-PGE potential in the broader mafic-ultramafic geological setting.
Key mineralisation highlights
Piscau-Nord gold showing — 2.1 g/t Au (untested since 2009)
Discovered in 2009, this showing returned a grab sample of 2.1 g/t Au. Mineralisation consists of disseminated arsenopyrite within quartz-rich metagabbro south of the Sable Fault. No follow-up work has been conducted since the initial discovery — representing immediate drill upside.
Copper & sulphide zones — 430 to 1,400 ppm Cu
Rusted zones within the Piscau Belt have returned copper values ranging from 430 to 1,400 ppm, with visible chalcopyrite and sulphides concentrated in mylonitic zones along structural corridors.
Untested lithium pegmatites — outcrops up to 900 m²
The property hosts multiple large white pegmatite outcrops, some exceeding 900 m², which have never been sampled for lithium. Regional context is compelling — WhiteRock Lithium's Sacred Banana project (2.00% Li₂O) is located 200 km to the west.
AI prospectivity modelling & recommended work
Model output
18 additional target areas identified beyond the known Piscau-Nord showing, using 500 layers of government geoscience data. Top-ranked target PN-05 (score 0.56) is located along the Sable Fault. The known Piscau-Nord showing (PN-01) scored 0.50, validating the model's accuracy.
Phase 1 — next step
Helicopter-supported site visit to ground-truth AI targets, sample untested pegmatites, and document mineralised zones. Comprehensive review of all historical data.
Phase 2 — contingent
Diamond drilling to test extensions of the known Piscau-Nord gold showing and the highest-priority AI targets identified during Phase 1 field work.
